Rebecca Withycombe brings over 20 years of experience in contracting finance and purchasing, with a background spanning financial administration, controllership, and program analysis across both contractor and government environments. She is known for her disciplined, detail-oriented approach and her ability to identify, resolve, and clearly explain financial discrepancies. Rebecca enjoys working with small service-based businesses, including those operating in government contracting and set-aside environments.
